It was an unseasonably warm and windy first outdoor meet of the 2026 season at Waldron High School. The Lady Bears won the triangular meet with a total of 71 points to Indian Creek's 58 and Waldron's 23. The boys team finished behind Indian Creek 67-53, with Waldron scoring 32 points. The Bears picked up wins from both 4x800 meter relays, Sonora O'Connor in the 100 meter dash, America Leon in the 1600 meter run, Alyna Castanon in the 400 meter dash, Macey Robbins in the 800 meter run, Shia Veach in the 3200 meter run, the girls 4x400 meter relay, Ethan Griffin in shot put and discus, and Jordyn Noe in high jump.
